With most of us leading super busy lives, those team members are giving their time and energy to a cause without financial reward – find time in already jam-packed schedules to “serve others and do good”. They are heroes to our community, individuals, or organization receiving their assistance. Zi Li
Web Developer & Marketing Manager
Zi holds a MA in Michigan State University majoring in Electrical Engineering and now she is a candidate PhD in Electrical and Computer from Michigan State University. She is a experienced research assistant working in one of the best Nondestructive Evaluation labs with a demonstrated history. She has participated in the1st Michigan Realty as an intern, which helps her to obtain good communication skills. Besides, she is propagating Michigan to Asian community to make Michigan getting better improvements. Zi is an excellent engineer as well as a passionate society promoter.
Wenqian Fan
Marketing Leader
Astrid Fan is a junior in mathematics at Michigan State University. She used to live in Shanghai and New Jersey. She loves life, loves to explore, and keeps trying. Additionally, she has extensive experience in managing social media. She is conscientious and responsible in her work, has strong data collection, analysis and collation skills, and has a strong interest in finance. Through the thoroughly investigation and data analysis, she is able to propagating and promoting Michigan to the public.
Yang Hu
Operation Manger
Hu Yang graduated from Beijing Forestry University with an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems. She completed her master’s degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, USA, majoring in business analysis. At the student stage, Hu Yang has done internships in different fields, hoping to form a career plan with clear goals through continuous exploration and practice. After graduation, with a strong interest in the real estate industry, she hopes she can use her data analysis skills to get better development in this field.
Zaiyi Jiang
Marketing
Zaiyi is now a candidate master at Harvard Kennedy School in Public Policy Analysis. She holds a BA in Communication University of China and a MA in International Journalism Communication of TsingHua University. She is an excellent journalist and event coordinator. Hosts daily newscasts including World News, China Report, Economy Report and Lifestyles on CNC World, a 24-hour English TV channel affiliated with Xinhua News Agency.
Dawei Lu
Marketing Intern
Dawei is currently a graduate student majoring in Advertising and Public Relations at Michigan State University. He has been living in Michigan for more than 4 years and loves traveling. Thus, he can be a good tour guide for those who want to travel to Michigan. Dawei has experience in event planning, digital storytelling, and video shooting/editing. He can be contributed with promotional strategies and information diffusion to help the public better understand the culture and life in Michigan.
Yuxin Zhang
Marketing Intern
Yuxin is a psychology undergraduate student at Michigan State University. She was a Neurology Clinical Assistant intern at West China Hospital，Sichuan University in 2021. She acknowledged the patient's mental health and good communication with people. She runs several social media by herselves to manage the views and to write comments on food as her hobby. Also, she was in the dance club (SWAGER) at MSU. She knows how to comfort patients, especially kids. She had volunteered in an elementary school in Michigan to do her research. She is interested in psychological counseling, and she is eager to help others who have questions with their mental health condition. In her free time, she would like to film dancing videos with her friend.

Yuting is a senior student majoring in filmmaking in the Department of Media and Information at Michigan State University. She has joined the student union to plan activities and organize activities to be implemented. She has experience in editing, production, shooting and editing. Joining Live in Michigan is to accumulate more experience in learning and progress. I also share with you every interesting place and thing in Michigan. The big city have its prosperous Michigan have its unique beauty. I usually like to record life and shoot some VLOG in my spare days. In the meantime, I will grow up with Live in Michigan, bringing you more exciting content.

Dolores Huang

Dolores Huang is a senior student at University of Michigan. She loves life and is good at finding interesting details in life. Also, she has quite a lot experience in publicity. She is good at communication, open-minded to learn, and can work well with teams. She is looking forward to creating more sparks of ideas with her team mates in this internship.
Vivienne Zhu

Vivienne is an eighth grader at Detroit Country Day School. She was born in California and raised in Shanghai, and she moved to Michigan recently. Previously, she studied at Shanghai High School International Division. Vivienne speaks fluent Chinese and English, and is a native speaker of Shanghai dialect. Vivienne's favorite classes at school are math and English. In her free time, Vivienne enjoys playing piano and cello, as well was writing short stories. Vivienne is especially interested in the areas of psychology and psychiatry, and her dream career is to become a psychiatrist. Vivienne is a new volunteer at LIM, and she is ready to contribute and devote herself to the team and the community!

Yuxin is a PhD Candidate in Mathematics at University of Michigan, and prior to that she obtained Bachelor of Economics degree from The University of Hong Kong. In her opinion, Math and Data science are both ways to gauge the world; she aims at utilizing her economic intuition and data science skills to help investors identify the best investment opportunities in Michigan and get the most reliable information on asset allocation. In her free time, Yuxin is a passionate badminton player. She is also interested in house flipping and property decorations.

Linghui used to study Accounting and Finance program in Spain for 3+ years and currently, she is pursuing a BA in Computer Science at Oakland University. She believes that finance and computer science are two ways to understand the world from different perspectives. Finance focuses on the present, and computer science makes the future. She is a vice president of the Chinese Students and Scholar Association in OU. Linghui is excellent at programming and managing projects. She is good at organizing activities and communicating with people.
Yiwang Chen
Data Scientist
He is PhD student in at Department of Mathematics at University of Michigan.He got BA in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Yiwang helped organizing and participated in Chinese Story Time program at Ann Arbor Downtown Library. Outside of math, I am interested in reading, swimming, hiking, planting, watercolor painting (especially about plants), cooking, sewing. He is also particularly interested in hearing interesting ko-ans in Buddhism.

Anna Sun
Data Scientist
Born and raised in Michigan, Anna is from a family with an engineering and consulting background. She has also taken business and engineering courses at the University of Pennsylvania, which provides her with the knowledge to make the best financial decisions for your family. Anna is currently studying EECS at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Live in Michigan, she has spent time collecting market data for the areas she loves including subdivisions in Canton, Novi, Northville, and Ann Arbor, while also working on improving the website to become more user-friendly.

Justin Guo
Marketing Director
A recent graduate of Detroit Country Day, Justin has resided in Novi, Michigan all of his life. For Live in Michigan, Justin is responsible for creating content, developing the website, and managing expansion projects in addition to his marketing work with the partner real estate agency 1st Michigan Realty. Justin is currently obtaining a BBA from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, hoping to focus on Entrepreneurship. In his free time, Justin enjoys reading, investing in stocks, and playing soccer.

Angela Liu

Angela came to Michigan in 2015. She was born in Canada and lived in China for four years. She speaks both Chinese and English fluently, understands both cultures. Communication skill and negotiating between different ethnic groups is her strength. Angela currently study in the International Academy Okma in Bloomfield Hills. In her free time, Angela enjoys playing the piano and debating. In addition, she is able to help in the direction of marketing due to her interest in social media. Promote the excellent culture of Michigan to the Chinese community, and help people know more about Michigan.

Zhukun Wang
Data Collector
He is pursing BA in University of Michigan majoring in Mathematics and minoring in Physics and Earth Science. He was the delegate of Central Africa. I helped contribute to the improvement of the primary education in its countryside by proposing several “protocols.” Zhukun gained insight on how education and the economy are associated with geographic factors. Interested in observing the world, quantifying the relative distance between places and naming many places in the world and their latitudes and longitudes. He is Interested in drawing maps, especially of his hometown!
Shujin Jiang
Data Scientist
Shujin received her BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineer from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has a certification in IBM Data Science. She has a good sense of number and was a calculus teaching assistant. After her graduation, she started her first job in an automotive company in Farmington Hills, Michigan. She is familiar with restaurants and natural trails in the metro Detroit area. She is enthusiasm about the real estate industry and would like to discover the stories behind the housing related numbers. In her spare me, she likes outdoor adventures like kayaking and hiking.

Zhan Jiang
Data Scientist
Zhan is currently a Ph.D. candidate, in the mathematics department at the University of Michigan. His research focuses on commutative algebra and algebraic geometry. He obtained undergraduate degree in mathematics at Tsinghua University. He was a co-organizer of the Student Commutative Algebra Seminar. Zhan is good at communicating with people and leading many mentoring programs in mathematics.

Chenxi Wu
Marketing Intern
Chenxi is currently a junior at Michigan State University. Her major is film and media production. She is cheerful and good at communicating with people, and hopes to have many different experiences outside of college life. Chenxi is the co-curator of TEDxNantong and has planned and organized several TEDx events. At the 2020 Douyin Creators Conference, she worked as a content assistant and assisted the speakers to successfully live stream the event. She is interested in marketing and has tried to do some business to gain some experience. In her free time, she likes to watch movies and listen to music, which can make her feel relaxed.
Anthony Zhong

Anthony is a native Michigander, born and raised in michigan. Anthony grew up in a real estate family and has great interest in real estate since a young age and would like to be active in the real estate industry for years to come. Anthony is a Detroit Country Day high school graduate and rising freshman at Michigan State University on the pre-med track. Anthony has lived in Novi, Michigan for 14 years of his life and is very familiar with Novi and nearby areas. Anthony has spent time collecting data on local areas such as South Lyon and Dearborn for things from safety to entertainment. Anthony has also helped find relevant information help educate those who are interested about real estate and Michigan as a whole.
Junie Guo
President of LiM Club
Junie Guo is currently a Junior at Troy High School. At Troy High School she is responsible for the LiveInMichigan club, which helps produce articles and other forms of media that promote Michigan. As founder and leader of the club, she helps with the management of the club and all of its activities. Junie enjoys coding, and plans to focus on computer science in the future. Some of Junie’s favorite hobbies include reading and participating in her school’s Cheerleading team.

Jordan Dong
Marketing Intern
Jordan currently is a high school senior attending Detroit Country Day School. Inside of school, Jordan’s favorite subjects are math and science. With 1st Michigan Realty, Jordan has focused on marketing, through the management of social media and selecting homes to advertise. As a part of Live in Michigan, Jordan will help with content creation and managing social media. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and watching sports like football and basketball. In the future, Jordan hopes to pursue either a business or data science degree.
